Mahalakshmi did her MBA in HR and has a strong background in Sales and Marketing. She designs and implements strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base. Managing recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring is her forte. She believes in a positive ‘can do’ attitude and is willing to grasp new opportunities. She is working with the Communications & Marketing team & HR as well. She cares for the environment – air, soil, water and ecosystem.
