Abhijith Vadakkedath is a Geospatial Analyst with over three years of experience in geospatial technology and spatial data analysis. With an MSc in Earth Science from Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies, he specializes in spatial analysis, data management, and geospatial tool development to support strategic decision-making. His hands-on experience, including offshore research, has honed his skills in processing Bathymetric, LIDAR, Gravity, and Sonar data, as well as conducting subsurface resistivity surveys, UAV operations, and photogrammetry.

Before joining Auroville Consulting, he worked on sustainability and remediation projects, gaining valuable practical knowledge. Currently, as part of the geospatial analysis team, he works on generating critical insights from geospatial data for land suitability assessments monitors land cover changes, and tracks disaster damage. Utilising advanced tools and coding, he solves complex problems, optimises land use, and prepares clear reports and presentations for stakeholders. His passion for geography and technology drives his effective communication of intricate concepts.
