Keerthana joined our team after four years of experience as a Human Resources Manager. She initially graduated with a Bachelor’s in Aeronautical Engineering which opened the doors for her to work in a multinational company. Her empathy and understanding lead her to being central to certain projects and opened up the opportunity to specialize in the recruitment process, payroll management, and primarily focuses on maintaining records for project reporting. In her current role at the heart of our team she supports all our projects with focus on developing our training and capacity building vertical, Auroville Green Practices.
